What or who got you into Cars?
I got into cars early on as a kid. My first 5-pack hot wheels set that I got for my fifth birthday was the catalyst for my car obsession. I just enjoyed how they looked and the different nuances between all the designs. Later on watching JGTC, Initial D, and Top Gear just further fueled this hobby.
Why this Car?
I came to the RS5 from an AP2 S2000, and I really wanted to find a car that kept the high-revving character of a naturally aspirated engine. I also love the design of B8 generation Audis, and I found this RS5 at the right time and place for me.
Why did you build this Car?
I really like personalizing a car. A car to me is a person’s extension of themselves and their self expression. We spend so much time with our cars, why not make it our own. Playing Need for Speed and Midnight Club as a kid also highly influenced me to just modify cars.
What does it feel like owning and driving this car?
It definitely feels special whenever I press the ignition and hear the V8 roar to life. It has its ups and downs, as Audi ownership usually goes, but in the end it’s worth it because you have something special.
What do you think makes it unique?
The engine certainly lends it its unique character since high revving V8s are becoming more rare. Also the fact I went and wrapped it green…:P

Future Plans?
Right now just enjoying the car how it is, I did quite a number of mods in a short amount of time so I’m slowing down a lil bit. Also got to dedicate attention to another car hehe What has the car scene brought you? Friendships and sense of community
What is your dream car?
NA2 Acura NSX 3.2L V6 with 6-speed manual and flip up headlights. (1997-2001 Model Year)
Advice/Tips?
Enjoy your own car and your own build. It’s not a competition, do it for yourself and respect everyone else’s vision while keeping judgement to yourself. The fun of it is the process of creating something your own, and sharing it with a community of like minded car enthusiasts. Just keep an open mind
